Due to the high flexibility of the pull rod trailer, it is used by many customers. This Side Tipper Full Trailer can transport sand, stone, clay, grain, coal, and other goods, and it is a rollover self-unloading type, which is convenient for unloading, safe and efficient.

The trailer adopts a high-strength double-bead turntable, which has stronger bearing capacity and more flexible steering. The turntable will be filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. (other factories generally do not add)

The tow bar is made of high-strength square steel and reinforced in one piece. The European style decoupling is adopted, the inner diameter of the decoupling is optional, and the style of the tie rod is optional.

Side Tipper Full Trailer can choose to turn left or right according to the different unloading sites, which reduces the limitations of the site. Our factory uses Q345 high-strength steel, with thickened and reinforced chassis, heavy-duty mechanical suspension, and 13-ton axles. When the trailer is fully loaded, there will be no deformation or damage. Our experienced engineers can clearly understand every vulnerable position of the trailer, so these parts will be reinforced and thickened during production. The accessories we use are all famous Chinese brands with quality assurance.

In addition to a solid chassis and bearing surface for the Side Tipper Full Trailer, a high-quality hydraulic device is also essential. Our factory uses a Chinese famous brand hydraulic oil top. This Side Tipper Full Trailer with a load of 40 tons can use 4 hydraulic oil tops. Before our trailer leaves the factory, engineers will conduct debugging to ensure that the lifting and lowering of each oil top are exactly the same, and the speed of the trailer can be lifted adjust.

The Side Tipper Full Trailer has a reinforced setup inside, so even if the cargo is rocked from side to side, there is no damage or deformation to the trailer's side panels.

Shipping and Packaging

Before leaving the factory, we will spray the trailer with wax to prevent rust. When loading, it is shipped by container, and each 40-foot container can ship 3 units.
