This is a lowbed semi-trailer with a load of 80 tons, using HG60 high-strength steel, with thickened chassis, suspension, axles, and the trailer will not be deformed or damaged when the trailer is fully loaded. The structure is very strong and stable, and very durable.

This trailer uses a 4-in-1 double-spring ladder for increased bearing capacity, sturdy and never deformed. Moreover, under the research of our engineers, by changing the stroke of the spring and optimizing other details, a person can lift it with one hand, which is convenient for loading or unloading.

There are many types of climbing ladders, each with its own advantages and can be customized according to the customer's loading requirements. This hydraulic collapsible ladder, with smaller angle and longer ramp, is also one of the types that customers often choose.

The entire trailer adopts trapezoidal scales (5mm thick bending parts), which makes the trailer stronger, and the vertical plate is reinforced at the welding point between the trapezoidal scale and the girder to prevent the vertical plate from being deformed by pressing down on both sides. The height of the frame is 500mm, and the height of the side beam is 300mm, which is usually not used by other factories. The bottom plate is a 5mm thick patterned bottom plate, and the gooseneck of the trailer and other places that are easily deformed and damaged are thickened and reinforced.

Widening equipment is added on both sides of this trailer, which can transport goods wider than the trailer, which is very convenient to use. There are many ways to widen for customers to choose from.
