The trailer body is made of high-quality high-strength steel and advanced production technology. We use submerged arc welding automatic welding technology, and the welding error rate is basically zero. The trailer has a larger carrying capacity and a longer service life.

Under normal circumstances, low-bed trailers do not have fences, but this kind of trailer is customized according to the needs of customers, so fences are installed around the trailer. The fence adopts high-strength square tube. This 5*5 type of square tube has higher strength and greater toughness. Even if the fence is deformed, it will quickly return to its original state. There are many types of steel used in our production, and each steel is used in the right place, allowing it to play its own unique role.

The fence of the trailer is made of polyurethane anti-corrosion paint, which makes the trailer look more beautiful, and this paint can withstand high temperature, prevent rain corrosion, and will not fade for a long time, which can effectively protect the trailer for five years.

Some details of the trailer can be changed according to the wishes of the customer, as long as it does not affect the normal use of the trailer and the structural rationality of the trailer.

The entire trailer adopts trapezoidal scales (5mm thick bending parts), which makes the trailer stronger, and the vertical plate is reinforced at the welding point between the trapezoidal scale and the girder to prevent the vertical plate from being deformed by pressing down on both sides. The height of the frame is 500mm, and the height of the side beam is 300mm, which is usually not used by other factories. The bottom plate is a 5mm thick patterned bottom plate, and the gooseneck of the trailer and other places that are easily deformed and damaged are thickened and reinforced.

This kind of trailer was customized by a long-time customer, and a total of 30 were ordered, of which 10 were red, 10 were white, and the other 10 were 4-axle low-slabs with low rail heights, and the color was also white.

Shipping and Packaging

Before leaving the factory, we will spray the trailer with wax to prevent rust. When loading, we use bulk or ro-ro. In order to save costs for customers, we will divide 3 trailers into a group, or 2 trailers into a group to minimize the volume and save shipping costs.
