The customer who ordered this trailer is a very famous natural gas storage tank manufacturer in Asia. Their factory only produces natural gas storage tanks, but not trailer chassis, so they contacted our factory and asked us to cooperate with them. We are naturally willing and very honored to cooperate with them. After about 20 days of drawing communication and confirmation of details, a consensus was finally reached and production began for their company.
This is a two-axle chassis trailer, all the accessories are Chinese famous brands or world famous brands, and many parts of the trailer are thickened and welded to prevent breakage.
The customer asked us to complete the production as soon as possible, so we did not dare to neglect it. It only took a week to basically complete the welding work of the trailer. The next step is to derust the trailer, polish it, and then paint it. We use electrophoresis. + Dusting makes the trailer have a good luster, a very beautiful appearance, and can also prevent rust, corrosion and static electricity. The next step is to install the air suspension on the trailer, then install the tires and electrical circuit system, and finally wax the whole car to further protect the trailer from the external environment.
After the trailer is delivered to the destination, the customer has their own production team, and they can directly weld the natural gas storage tank to the trailer chassis, which is very convenient.
Another interesting thing is that when I just sent the picture below to the customer, the customer directly credited the balance into our account, and he said one sentence: Trust is first. A very correct sentence, Trust is first.
